What is My-dox Accessing Manager ?

My-dox Accessing Manager is a system for access control, which can be generated in two ways - with a fingerprint or with RFID cards. With it you can track the working hours of your employees, who enter or leave the building. If the activities of your company are top-secret, you can resctrict the access to outsiders.

Work Time

Work Time module allows for different work shedules to relevant organizations, units, departments and employees. The system has more flexibility in modeling workflow. Operation times may be floating, fixed, divided into periods (vacation time). Calculatition about working hours can relate to all events during the day and only the firs and last event.
All users can manually enter planned or unplanned events such as sick leave, holidays, business trips. Possibility for introducing national holidays and non-working days. Accordingly, during the holdays, employees have no absences and those who have worked would have accured overtime.

Payment Module

Functionalities :

  • Preset control points in group settings for a particular billing.
  • Create different user groups - with different access rights to different time schedules and access to different charges.
  • Charging can be set to : on time with or without initial free period or number of visits. (Each point can be set with different amount and different charging eg door fitness takes 5 lev per day, door sauna takes 20 lev per hour, neck massage takes 50 lev per hour parking takes 2 lev an hour after the first free hour .......)
  • User access can be automatically stopped after the exhaustion of the credit limit

Automatic database backup

Function for automatically backup your database. You can protect your data by setting up automatic backups cyclically over a specified daily period.

Balance checking terminal

The balance checking terminal is a common device for buildings, where the payment module of Accessing Manager is also used. Each user has the option to check its card balance without waitng in thq queue or seek free employee. You will work faster and easy with the terminal, there is no need of special skills, making it suitable for everyone.

Tracking customer information in real time

This function is used in places where there is physical security or employee to monitor incoming and software simultaneously. The aim is to control access on a card or pin code whether the person is the true owner of the ID.
This function is very used in buildings with a security, private clubs, places, where pre-paid services are used (gyms, spas) and others
